The barriers women face in business — whether cultural, financial or personal — limit the opportunities and the potential of too many future leaders. The KS WELI was built to overcome these barriers and grow the number of women-owned and women-led businesses.

KS WELI was launched thanks to funding from founding company partner, Kendra Scott, LLC, and supporting partner, Dell Technologies. As the KS WELI strengthens and expands, additional philanthropic support will bolster our co-curricular and curricular programming – elevating UT Austin as the preeminent national model in women’s entrepreneurial leadership.
