I have a lot of energy equipping organizations with the tools to come together to craft a vision, mission, and implementation plan towards making a greater impact in their work. I truly believe we are stronger together, but that often requires a coalescing. This can be accomplished through sharing, listening, and planning through many guided discussions. I’m excited to bring this skill to the next generation of leaders with my own company because I believe it will make a positive impact in our organizations and society.
Over the years I have been told that facilitation and leadership are often key missing factors to what a team would describe as success. I’ve been looking for ways to fill that gap as efficiently as possible. Experimenting with different techniques led to some rave reviews from our customers. After customers consistently mentioned they wished they knew about these services earlier, I decided I gained so much personal satisfaction from the work that I decided to go for it and start an LLC!
