My business concept emerged from a personal struggle with gluten intolerance. While living in Austin and traveling to Canada, I consistently encountered difficulties finding safe, delicious meal options. This personal challenge revealed a significant market gap—inspiring me to develop a solution that empowers individuals with dietary restrictions to navigate their culinary experiences confidently and safely.
