About Loquilab
Loquilab is working to develop a technology that enables communication for people with conditions that can restrict vocal ability, including Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Lou-Gehrig’s Disease (ALS). Our focus in bringing this vision to life is to create a wearable sensing system that detects the mechanical vibrations produced by the movement of the tongue, jaw, and facial muscles. In turn, we can then leverage machine learning to profile these movements, drawing patterns which can be translated into speech
