About the FoundHER(s)
After the birth of my daughter, I started experiencing physical symptoms that caught me by surprise. These symptoms, which included a bulge and heaviness in my vagina, made it difficult to do simple things, like hold my baby or walk around the block. Frustrated, confused, and hoping to find relief, I talked to my healthcare providers.
Eventually, I learned I had pelvic organ prolapse. I found a pelvic floor physical therapist, who recommended that I wear a pelvic floor support garment to help alleviate my symptoms.
I tried many options, but none of them seemed right. They were bulky, uncomfortable, and unsightly. Every time I put one on, I knew there had to be something better; something that would provide support and make me feel beautiful. There wasn’t, so I set out to make it myself! And Hem Support Wear was born.

At Hem Support Wear, we’re reimagining the pelvic floor support garment into something that women actually want to wear every day. Our beautiful and thoughtfully-designed garments provide gentle compression to support the pelvic floor and promote wellness throughout all stages of life, including pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Pelvic floor disorders, including pelvic organ prolapse, are estimated to impact one third of women at some point in their lifetime. Many women navigate their journeys alone and in silence, and we believe it shouldn’t be that way! Beyond our garments, we’re passionate about fostering a community that empowers and supports women through connection, information, and resources.
