“As a female entrepreneur, my main inspiration has been not only the accomplishment of building a successful business but also the drive to inspire and empower other women around me. What truly motivates me is the opportunity for continuous learning and personal growth along the entrepreneurial path, and I aspire to leave a lasting legacy and make a positive impact on the world, while also setting an example for other women to follow their dreams and break barriers. Through entrepreneurship, I hope to demonstrate the importance of women’s leadership and pave the way for a more inclusive and diverse business landscape.”

About the FoundHER(s)

The idea for my business, Detour, was sparked by my mom’s experiences. She had my younger brother and me just 15 months apart, and seeing her struggle to balance her career with raising us left a lasting impression on me. She never had the resources she needed to juggle both effectively, and it made me realize how many other women must face similar challenges. My mom’s strength and encouragement pushed me to explore how I could help women in the workforce overcome these obstacles. So, Detour was born—a way to empower women to pursue their careers and motherhood without feeling like they have to choose one over the other.
