It’s really cool to have something to your own name, and I love blending my creative and technical passions, but I don’t receive enough opportunities to do so because most jobs/orgs/internships try to pigeonhole you into either tech or creative roles. I want to do both, and by being an entrepreneur I get to create something I genuinely love while learning new things.
Creating the MVP for Treble was very rewarding because it was the first technical project on a large scale that I undertook on my own. I created the preprocessing pipeline and integrated a diffusion-based transformer model with my backend, and I was exhilarated when the app converted a ten second melody input into an accompaniment output.
How Did You Come Up With The Idea For Your Business?
I love producing music but have always struggled to create quality accompaniments for the songs I write. Treble seemed like the perfect confluence of my creative passions and CS background and a great way to hone and improve my technical skills while creating a product that would genuinely benefit me as a creator.

Mission
Treble aims to democratize music production and make it accessible and affordable for small artists, vocalists, and non-instrumentalists who lack the tools or resources to create full musical accompaniments for their songs.
