The Female Founder Pitch Competition showcases emerging businesses and technologies that are paving the way to have a significant impact on the world. Open to all UT Austin undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, alumnae, and startup ecosystem women-founders, this startup competition aims to highlight innovation happening in the heart of Texas.
This pitch competition is open to all gender identities.
During this event, female founders will pitch their early-stage startup onstage to a panel of seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, corporate, and government leaders.
Participants will be judged based on the innovativeness and viability of their product or service. There will be a winner from each division along with a “crowd choice award” voted on by the audience. Outside of cash prizes, in-kind resources such as office space, hardware, and software needed to move a startup forward will also be awarded.
The top 25 finalists will be connected to advisors, coaches, and mentors who will provide deck and pitch practice, professional services, and expert advice as founders create viable business plans and prepare to take the stage to pitch their idea.
THERE WILL BE FIVE DIVISIONS TO ENTER INTO:
UT Austin Undergraduate
