I was inspired to become an entrepreneur because I’ve always loved building and innovating, taking an idea and shaping it into something real that can make a difference. I’m drawn to the creative process of solving problems from the ground up, especially when it blends science, technology, and human impact.

What is One of Your Proudest Moments in Creating Your Business?

One of my proudest moments in creating Oncera was hearing from the first cancer survivor who said our approach made them feel understood and hopeful again. It was powerful to see how something that started as an idea to bridge science and survivorship could actually make a real emotional and practical impact. That moment made me realize Oncera isn’t just a project, it’s a movement to help people take back control of their health and feel empowered in their recovery journey.

How Did You Come Up With The Idea For Your Business?

The idea for Oncera came from my family’s experiences with cancer and seeing firsthand how difficult it is to navigate life after treatment. I realized that while medicine focuses on survival, there’s very little guidance for what comes next, how to rebuild health, confidence, and a sense of control. That gap inspired me to create Oncera Health, a platform that helps survivors understand and improve their long-term health using science, empathy, and personalized insights.
