FoundHER – Mentors with Meaning
“Reading the stories of other featured female founders is so inspiring. It is so important for other women to know that they are capable of so much. I think that equal representation and equal opportunity is important for women to have. As a female entrepreneur, I am so grateful to have a community that provides me so much support and guidance. I would not be able to accomplish my goals without having such an uplifting community.”

Being a lower income student and having parents that are immigrants it was very difficult to navigate through the process especially when there is no one there helping you through it. Over 50 percent of students in my home town are lower income or first generation. There is no college counselor and no one to help students through what can be a very difficult process. I want to help students realize that they are more than their socioeconomic status or background and that someone believes in them.
