Together, they champion women’s entrepreneurial leadership, elevate student voices, and bring KS WELI’s mission to life through programming, peer engagement, and campus-wide impact.

Their members come from every corner of campus — 13+ colleges, dozens of majors, countless perspectives — united by a shared belief that leadership is learned, practiced, and passed on.

The Student Board leads signature KS WELI programming that supports students in building confidence, developing leadership skills, and exploring entrepreneurship from every angle.

exclusive speaker series

Monthly, hands-on workshops designed to sharpen entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills. From negotiation and design thinking to venture capital and confidence building, these sessions help students lead boldly in any industry.

mentorship access

Student Board members build relationships that matter. Executive Committee (EC) members are matched with a mentor for the year. All EC members gain access to our curated mentor directory, filled with founders, leaders, operators, and innovators across industries, to book 1:1s, ask questions, and grow.

How To Get Involved

The Student Board recruits at the beginning of each semester.
Students of all majors and backgrounds are encouraged to apply, no previous experience required, just curiosity, drive, and a willingness to lead.
